In this paper we aim to describe an innovative e-learning approach based on a Learning in Doing Environment according to the research field of the Kolb’s Experiential Learning Theory. At first we’ll describe the integrated model of the Learning in Doing Environment in which thinking, studying and acting are strongly correlated to reinforce and improve the effectiveness of the knowledge creation processes. Then we will describe the associated e-Learning solution developed for supporting this environment, based on the promising Semantic Web technologies.
