In this paper we present a model of Business Innovation Leadership Incubator, that grasps the opportunities coming from the strategic alignment of Knowledge Management and Learning Management strategies: the e-Business Management School (eBMS), an experiment that we are currying on at the ISUFI University of Lecce (Italy). More specifically we describe: •The conceptual framework of the eBMS experiment. •The eBMS strategy and organizational model. •The eBMS e-Learning/knowledge management platform, planned for supporting the continuous generation of the eBMS learning processes. Finally, some main results obtained are presented.
