This chapter provides important solutions about reverse engineering (RE) approaches to adopt in industry for production quality optimization. It propose some solutions for industrial applications with useful and innovative aspects of RE improved by automated systems, involving simulations, experimentation, and artificial intelligence. RE approaches are mainly addressed to optimization processes involving rapid prototypes and production. The chapter highlights the possibility to merge finite element method techniques into advanced RE processes. All the RE approaches are tailored to specific systems which are a function of the case study of mechanical precision. Different approaches and techniques are adopted to adapt intelligently the different processes involved for an optimized production. The chapter discusses an example of the RE approach to the processing procedure. It addresses RE methodologies to microelectromechanical system technological process optimization including limit characterization, layout control, and experimentation. The printed circuit is the most used and most stable mechanical support for connecting electronic components.

Abstract
The printed circuit is the most used and most stable mechanical support for connecting electronic components.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
