Abstract
Several measures have been adopted by the Legislator in order to protect national industries against the risk, as a consequence of the economic crisis following the Covid-19 outbreak and the “lock-down”, to be contended by foreign investors acting in a “not-competitive” context and/or bearing aims not compatible with national strategic interests. Among these, a prominent role has been assigned to the implementation and the reinforcement of the so-called “Golden Powers” of the Government. The paper focuses on these measures, also with the purpose to grasp the evolutionary trends of the regulatory system on the matter.File in questo prodotto:
