Abstract While Lean Six Sigma is widely acknowledged for its efficacy in optimizing organizational processes and fostering innovation, its role in cultivating dynamic organizational capabilities in turbulent environments remains underexplored in the literature. This chapter seeks to address this gap by investigating the correlation between Lean Six Sigma implementation and an organization’s dynamic capabilities within a competitive landscape, particularly amidst the transformative context of the Great Reset. The study employs a two-phase approach, comprising a comprehensive literature review and a Delphi method. To provide context, the research specifically examines companies that have integrated the Lean Six Sigma paradigm at the systemic level. Findings reveal unanimous agreement regarding the positive impact of Lean Six Sigma on internal integrated dynamic capabilities across all organizational levels. Managers are encouraged to leverage key elements of the Lean Six Sigma methodology to bolster the creation and reinforcement of internal integrated dynamic capabilities amidst turbulent conditions, while remaining attuned to the evolving landscape shaped by the Great Reset. By strategically adapting Lean Six Sigma principles to align with the imperatives of this transformative era, organizations can enhance their resilience and adaptability, thereby thriving in dynamic and uncertain market landscapes characterized by the Great Reset.
